Originally, I acquired this wonderful item for an upscale bathroom project. It was cheaper on Amazon than in my local hardware stores. Arrival was prompt and complete. I think it's one of the best tools I have in my arsenal! This is a great product for any handy man or contractor to own. I'm able to cut with perfection, plus save a lot of time on projects that used to take me much longer. I don't recommend using it for cutting nails because the blades don't last quite as long as advertised. Dremel can handle angles and tight areas that reciprocating or jig saws cannot. The quality job it performs as a sander is also noteworthy. Even though I've read a couple of reviews complaining of overheating, in the six months that I've owned mine it's never overheated.

When I first heard about Dremel Multi Max it was from a friend who works at Home Depot. At this time, I needed a product like this to chisel the wooden mounts for my newly made cabinets. One of the reasons I got Dremel Multi Max was due to the Quick Changing feature, which really isn't that quick after all. This is because a special screw driver is required to fasten the attachments securely. Besides that small disappointment, I'm very impressed with the results it has yielded so far. It's worth mentioning that none of the attachments came loose while using this tool, which is extremely good. I have not used it for any other projects yet, so this is a somewhat premature review. So far, I am writing a 100% positive review about Dremel Multi Max because it has performed well for me.

My own tool was recently broken and it took me a long time to find a replacement. I finally decided to get Dremel Multi Max. I really like how it feels in my hand, but best of all is how it works with different materials. It's best for sanding and scraping. It's lightweight and compact. I am glad I picked this.

The Dremel is ok. I mean it's not as powerful as some DeWalt tools I use for bathrooms or tiles, but it has a different method than some of my other tools. I haven't had any problems with the blade coming off like some others have. It's a good tool and does as advertised.

I bought a Dremel because I had a bunch of projects I needed done with a good machine. This tool oscillates at a great speed. I never felt it was under powered. It has a good cord length and variable speed control. It also features an ergonomic grip which I like a lot. The Dremel Multi-Max is compact and works best for corners and confined spaces, but is also great for sanding. I tried it on small furniture, and it looks so awesome. The only problem is that after few months of use, the blade is loosening, which is a known problem of Dremel. Nevertheless, it is worth it.

Let me start by saying that I love my Dremel. It rules! I originally heard about it from fellow construction workers who use it for bathroom or kitchen work. So far, I have used it to build a doll house with my youngest daughter, plus to sharpen some dull blades. The attachment I've used the most is the sanding drum for woodworking. I also use the high-speed cutter for custom etching jobs. Dremel has two speeds, fast and slow. I use the faster speed for grinding, and the slower speed for etching jobs. This is a versatile and extremely powerful tool. I have yet to try out the fiberglass wheel attachment, but plan to do so soon. I routinely recommend this product to friends, neighbors and fellow contractors.

It is one of the best multi tools I've ever used. The speed control gives me better control on any project I am doing. It has a more constant power unlike most battery operated tools. I used Dremel a lot on sanding and cutting dry wall. For a non-pro like me, this is like a best friend.
