Winsor Pilates:
I purchased the pilates system about 5 years ago. I did the Advanced Body Slimming 3 times a week and the hour long Accelerated tape 2 times a week. I also jogged four times a week. I wasn't on any diet, but I was a lil more concious about my eating. But Pilates definitely toned my abs! I recommend it to anyone that wants to tighten up flabby abs. It is important to note, that cardio is definitely needed to see results!

Winsor Pilates:
Great workout lots of stretching, improves flexibility. The work out has no cardio so I don't know how the people in the infomercial lost all that weight, I didn't lose any but my posture improved and I love it.
